Who We Are
The firm was founded in 1996 by Zahid Akhtar Advocate (officially enrolled with the Bar Council as Zahid Iqbal), an enrolled member of the Sindh Bar Council and an advocate of the High Court of Sindh. Working alongside a small team of associates and paralegals, we handle a focused caseload so every client speaks directly with the lawyer working on their matter.

How We Work With Overseas Pakistanis
A large portion of our matters is handled for clients living outside Pakistan. The steps we usually follow are the same across cases:
- Initial consultation over WhatsApp, telephone, or email - usually the same day the enquiry reaches us.
- Written fee quote covering our professional fee, court and NADRA charges, and any attestation costs, so nothing is hidden.
- Special Power of Attorney is drafted and sent to you for signing and attestation at your local Pakistan Embassy or Consulate.
- Filing and follow-up at the relevant Family Court, Union Council, or NADRA office in Pakistan, with progress updates at each stage.
- Delivery of the final document by international courier once the certified copy is issued.
