Requirements of Nikah in Islam

Online Nikah Procedures

Step 1
We require Groom and Bride’s Passports/ID cards copies via Email and their Particulars.
Step 2
We settle on a convenient date to solemnize their Nikah. The Bride and Groom may join us on a WhatsApp, Skype, or Zoom video call.
Step 3
On the scheduled video call, our Qazi Nikah Khawan recites Khutba-e-Nikah. He administers the Ejab o Qabool in the presence of the Lawyer (Vakeels) and two Muslim Nikah witnesses.
Step 4
After the recitation of Nikah, we process the legal documents for both parties’ signatures to apply for online marriage registration from the concerned authority on their behalf. These may include the registration of Nikah Nama (marriage contract) and the Nadra Marriage Certificate.
We also provide translations in English or Arabic, which will be certified by a notary public or foreign affairs office once we receive the signed and attested documents.
